Sergeant 8576 Issa Kamara of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters presented critical evidence before Magistrate Sahr Kekura  of the  Pademba Road Court No.1 in Freetown in an alleged housebreaking case against 22-year-old Alusine Kamara.

Led by Inspector Mabel Tarawally, Sergeant Kamara testified that on April 16th, 2024, Detective Police Constable 10179 Conteh T.M. handed over key evidence, which included a bag of cement, to him.

When the charge was read, no plea was taken by Alusine Kamara, who is currently unemployed and without legal representation. He cross-examined the witness to maintain his innocence.

The case has been adjourned to September 13th, 2024, with the accused remaining on bail.
