One of the leading flagbearer contenders of the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) party, Alhaji Mohamed Omodu Kamara , aka Jagaban, has on February 16th  officially launched  the free healthcare project  for  the aged, a scheme that would target people within the ages of sixty and above.

The launch which took place at Marshal Street, Fourah Bay Road in Freetown, was greeted by a thunderous applause by the audience and will-be beneficiaries, who expressed appreciation that God has answered their prayers through Jagaban.

“You’re exactly what this nation has been praying for. And, with you we know our prayers have been accepted. Your undisputable, dynamic, compassionate and pragmatic leadership skills are undoubtedly unmatched in this era of greed, wicked & selfish century,” they celebrated.

The project will target the sixteen districts across the country, starting with Freetown where the launch took.

The launch of the project saw the treatment of over 400 beneficiaries at Savage Streets, Malta Street, Up-Gun, Patton Street, Bombay Street, Mountain Cut, Ferry Junction and Calaba Town, respectively.

Other areas across Freetown will soon benefit from the initiative and the desire of Jagaban is to help the aged enjoy their existence by accessing quality healthcare services free of charge.
