Every Nation Polytechnic celebrates new campus opening in Bo

The Every Nation Polytechnic (ENP SL) celebrated the grand opening of its new campus in Bo, a milestone that signifies a transformative era for both the institution and the local community.

The inauguration event drew an array of distinguished guests, including former Vice President Victor Bockarie Foh, the Paramount Chief of Tikonko Chiefdom, the Managing Director of Rokel Commercial Bank, a representative from the Ministry of Higher and Technical Education, the Vice Chancellor of Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology, members of the Christ Community Church in the United Kingdom, as well as lecturers, students, community members, and members of the press.

In his keynote address, Rev. Shodankeh Johnson, Proprietor of ENP SL, highlighted the significance of this expansion. “This new facility not only represents our commitment to fostering quality education but also our dedication to nurturing a resilient and educated community,” he stated.

Christian Johnson, Principal of ENP SL, echoed similar sentiments in his remarks. He described the new campus as a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance the student learning experience while fostering community engagement and development. “With modern classrooms, collaborative workspaces, and resources geared toward innovation, Every Nation Polytechnic is set to become a hub for personal growth and academic excellence,” he reassured.

The campus will offer a diverse range of programs, catering to both traditional and non-traditional students, further positioning ENP SL as a cornerstone of academic and professional development in the region.

Other dignitaries, including the Paramount Chief of Tikonko Chiefdom, the Managing Director of Rokel Commercial Bank, the Vice Chancellor of Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology, and representatives from the Christ Community Church, delivered warm statements, underscoring the importance of the new development.

From the community’s perspective, local leaders and educators expressed optimism about the campus’s potential to create employment opportunities and revitalize the region. “The new campus is seen as a beacon of hope that will inspire our youth and colleagues to pursue higher education and contribute positively to society,” remarked Prince Abdulai, Acting Youth Chairman of Sami III Community.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks from the college registrar, Mr. Albert Momoh Lissa, as the ribbon was officially cut to inaugurate the building.

As Every Nation Polytechnic embarks on this exciting journey, the future looks brighter for both the institution and the Bo community, the college remains steadfast in its mission to serve as an educational institution and a catalyst for positive change in the region.
