The Body of Christ in Sierra Leone has on Friday, 4th April announced the upcoming Healing Jesus Campaign, a powerful evangelistic campaign led by renowned international healing Evangelist, Dag Heward-Mills.

The Chairman, Board of Trustees, Freetown Healing Jesus Campaign, Bishop Frederick Abubakarr Sidiqu Koroma of the Flaming Evangelical Ministries, stated that the Campaign will start on Tuesday April 29th 2025 and end on Saturday May 3, 2025, at the Freetown Teacher’s Training College Field, Jui.

He said the gathering will consist of five nights of campaigns and a three-day Pastors and Leaders Conference aimed at equipping ministers and Christian leaders with spiritual empowerment, knowledge, and encouragement to continue in the work of the ministry.

The event, he disclosed will be opened to all, regardless of background, faith, or denomination, and is expected to draw thousands from across Sierra Leone and beyond.

Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills is a globally recognized minister of the Gospel, known for his impactful preaching, teaching, and healing ministry.

He is the founder of the United Denominations Originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches (UDOLGC), a network of over 4,000 churches across Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, Australia, the United States, and South America.

A medical doctor by profession, Dag Heward-Mills has dedicated his life to spreading the message of salvation, healing, and deliverance through large-scale campaigns.

Since 2004, his Healing Jesus Campaign has reached over 38 countries, with more than 250 campaigns held, leading to over 10.5 million recorded decisions for Christ. His ministry has witnessed incredible miracles, including the blind receiving sight, the lame walking, chronic diseases disappearing, and thousands experiencing divine deliverance.

As an author of over 100 best-selling Christian books, including The Art of Leadership, Loyalty and Disloyalty, and The Mega Church, his teachings have been widely translated into 58 languages, impacting millions worldwide.

Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills also serves on several international Christian boards, working alongside some of the world most influential church leaders.

According to Bishop Koroma, the Healing Jesus Campaign is a non-denominational evangelistic outreach aimed at preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to bring salvation and transformation.

Showing love and compassion to the vulnerable and those in need,Uniting the Body of Christ by fostering collaboration among churches and ministries, and promoting moral and spiritual regeneration among the youth and the general populace.

While the campaigns often feature medical outreach programs providing free healthcare services to underprivileged communities, that particular mission will focus solely on the spiritual revival and empowerment of the people of Sierra Leone.

“Attendees can anticipate spirit-filled worship and powerful Gospel messages from Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills, healing and deliverance, as witnessed in previous campaigns worldwide,” he said.

A special Pastors and Leaders Conference, equipping ministers with biblical principles for effective ministry.

“This will be the second visit of the Healing Jesus Campaign to Freetown, and it promises to be a life-changing spiritual experience. The campaign begins at 5:00 PM each night. Everyone is welcome to come expecting miracles, healing, and divine encounters,” he stated.

The International Director for Healing Jesus Campaign, Bishop Ebo Ankran, International Director for Evangelist Mills, extend thanks and appreciation to God’s generals for their tremendous support.

He said they are fully prepared for this year’s Campaign as they have strong security for the safety of Sierra Leoneans and they have medical team that will attend to people that will feel sick during the event.

At the end of the press conference, other heads from various churches made their commitments to encourage their members to be part of the five days campaign.
